Arbutus Unedo

Arbutus Unedo is commonly known as the Strawberry Tree.
 A shrubby evergreen tree with interesting red shedding bark. It works well used for evergreen screening - popular with birds and bees.
Arbutus Unedo has small white pink tinged flowers which develop into attractive red strawberry like fruits in autumn - see photo below. 
Max Height 4m. Max Spread 1m. Flowers August to September. Fruits August to October. Full Sun. Hardy.  Fruits are edible.
