Callistemon Citrinus

The Callistemon Citrinus is part of the Callistemon genus and is commonly known as Bottle brush or Crimson Bottlebrush.

This is an attractive evergreen shrub with arching stems of dark green leaves. The leaves have a wonderful lemon scent. The brilliant crimson red flowers are shaped rather like a baby's bottle brush – hence the common name.

These spectacular evergreen shrubs like full sun. They can be frost tender so it is best to keep these plants in sheltered sunny position.
