An evergreen climber\u00a0<\/a>with dark green leaves, turning to red in winter, Mature Star Jasmine <\/a>(Trachelospermum Jasminoides) flowers from around July to October. Happiest climbing a south facing wall,\u00a0Trachelospermum Jasminoides<\/a>, more commonly known as Star Jasmine or Evergreen Jasmine, has the most intoxicating of fragrances when in flower, irresistibly evoking that sweet scented summer feeling. And wild life will thank you for it. The fragrant, nectar-rich white flowers are adored by butterflies and bees.<\/p>\n

Sometimes when deciding which climber<\/a>, we want a mature sizable plant to fill a gap or cover a wall quickly or hide whatever it is needs to be hidden without having to wait years for the climber to mature.<\/p>\n

Mature Star Jasmine Climbers – your own scent of heaven<\/p><\/div>\n

If this sounds like you, take a closer look at our mature Star Jasmine<\/strong><\/a> plants, starting at circa 1.5 metres tall excluding the pot, while the larger jasmine plants are standing at an imposing 6 metres tall<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As a climber, particularly if you are looking for instant cover, we cannot sing the praises of Star Jasmine quite enough. A true garden treasure, Star Jasmine<\/a> (Latin name Trachelospermum Jasminoides<\/strong><\/em>) is an evergreen climber with lovely dark green leaves that turn red in winter. From mid-Summer until early autumn, Star Jasmine <\/a>produces an abundance of beautiful small white flowers that are intoxicatingly fragrant. So fragrant in fact, these flowers are one of the key ingredients in some of the world\u2019s most exclusive perfumes, the tiniest bottle sometimes containing as many as 1000 hand-picked flower buds\u2026<\/p>\n

As climbers, you can simply train them along the brick wall or surface you want them to cover.<\/p>\n

Star Jasmine does well in full sun or partial shade, but does like to be in a sheltered spot if possible. Make sure to provide sufficient water until the plants settle in.<\/p>\n
