NATIONWIDE UK DELIVERIES - WEEKDAYS (except for plants/trees above 3m height and a few excluded postcodes see below). Allow about 7 working days for the delivery from placing order.
We can organise weekday deliveries to most of UK mainland for plants below 3m height (including height of pot). Deliveries are made to kerbside / front of property. Any access problems for large vehicles to your property please advise in the comments box when placing the order. Delivery is usually within 7 working days of placing your order. Please note Saturday or expedited deliveries will incur extra costs please email for estimate. If you would prefer a delivery date later than 7 working days then please advise on the comment box when placing your order.

We do not accept liability for any loss incurred by the customer for plants not being delivered on a specific date/time.
Plant deliveries are made to the front of a site/ house/ block of flats. We do not take plants through premises (including through garages). We are unable to deliver to sites with difficult/restricted access unless one of our sales staff have specifically been informed by the Customer and agreed to the delivery in writing following a site visit by us or viewing photos of the area - an additional charge will be made for deliveries further than the front of site – an estimate will be provided on request.
COLLECTIONS
Plant sales less than £200 will usually fit into a normal sized car (depending on the size of the plants). If you would prefer to arrange a collection our staff are normally available to safely assist with loading plants into suitable vehicles at our Plant Centre. Our forklift may be required to load certain plants onto your vehicle - please contact us in advance to book in a collection in order that trained staff are available.
