DELIVERIES

Deliveries of plants/goods sold by us at the nursery can be organised to local areas within a reasonable distance of our nursery in Enfield, North London.
Deliveries further afield can be organised based on plant sales over £1000.00. Please email for an estimate. Alternatively you may consider hiring a van if you are collecting a number of plants.
There is a minimum plant order requirement of £150 before we can organise any local delivery or £200 plant order for London or Further Distance Postcodes shown below. However plant sales less than £200 will usually fit into a normal sized car if collection can be arranged (our staff are normally available to safely assist with loading suitable vehicles at the nursery – if a forklift may be required to load the plants onto your vehicle please contact us in advance to book in a collection).
We will give the client an indication of the date for delivery where possible and will do our utmost to deliver on a specific date. We do not accept liability for any loss incurred by the customer for plants not being delivered on a specific date/time.
Plant deliveries are made to the front of a site/ house/ block of flats. We do not take plants through premises (including through garages) and we are unable to deliver to sites with difficult/restricted access unless one of our sales staff have specifically been informed by the Customer and agreed to the delivery in writing following a site visit by us or viewing photos of the area. (An additional charge will be made for deliveries further than the front of site – an estimate will be provided on request).

DELIVERY CHARGES MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE PARTICULARLY FOR VERY HEAVY OR LARGE TREE DELIVERIES AND/OR IF SPECIALIST MACHINERY IS REQUIRED.
