CAN WE VISIT YOU TO VIEW YOUR PLANTS IN PERSON? YES!
Our large plant centre is based in Crews Hill near Enfield, North London (5 mins from Junction 24 or Junction 25 M25). Click here for LOCATION/OPENING HOURS. We are an established Plant Centre (over 15 years UK growers/suppliers) and our plants can be ordered at the Plant Centre or online from our website. Click on Plants to buy online. All plants in our Plant Centre are available to buy online.

All prices shown on our website and on the plants in our Plant Centre include VAT. Photos shown of our plants online are photos of plants taken in our Plant Centre.

Deliveries of all our plants can usually be arranged to most UK postcodes. Please read deliveries for information regarding Nationwide and Local Delivery charges. Trees over 3m can be delivered but if your address postcode is not shown on the postcodes we have listed as local - see deliveries - then please email for an estimate for delivery. Email. Deliveries are made to the front of property/kerbside.
VISITING OUR PLANT CENTRE
We have a large car park with free parking. Alternatively, we are near to Crews Hill Mainline Station (10 mins walk) or a 5 minute taxi ride from Oakwood Tube Station.
Customers (retail and professional) are always welcome to visit our Plant Centre during our normal opening hours 9am-4pm to view the large selection of plants we have for sale at the Plant Centre. We are open 7 days a week including weekends and Bank Holidays (except Christmas and Easter Sunday). Our opening hours may be subject to change only in very extreme situations such as severe weather or other out of the ordinary circumstances beyond our control.
Our website gives an indication of our prices, the varieties of plants we sell and approximate sizes. Prices shown are inclusive of VAT. Availability and prices may be subject to change. If you require an estimate please email with a list of plants you require and we will email with the availability and prices correct at the time of writing.
FREE CONSULTATION FOR CHOOSING PLANTS FOR YOUR GARDEN
Sales staff are available at our Plant Centre who are able to provide advice to our Customers for any plant purchase. If you think you may need more detailed advice, for an hour or more, we would recommend that an appointment is booked for a free layout consultation at the Plant Centre. See our garden portfolio pages for design ideas and photos of our plants. Please email email@example.com to book an appointment. If you email in advance with photos of your garden or area to plant we are happy to give advice by email as well.
Plant purchases at the Plant Centre - customers are welcome to come and choose their plants in person at our Plant Centre – when the correct plants are identified with our Sales Staff the plants can be tagged an identification name. Deliveries can be organised by us or plants can be collected. We accept major debit/credit cards (except American Express) and direct bank payment. Cheques are not accepted. All goods must be paid for in full before leaving the Plant Centre premises. Goods remain the property of Paramount Plants and Gardens Ltd until paid for in full. Orders are paid in full at the time of reserving trees in the Plant Centre. We do not hold trees longer than 14 days unless specifically agreed in writing with the Customer.
PLANT PURCHASES / GUARANTEES
Plants supplied by us are excellent quality, well-established, mature specimens which have a 100% survival rate provided they are cared for correctly. Our Customers are always delighted at the quality of service, plants and layout of the Plant Centre. Our plants are guaranteed to be supplied by us in excellent health and condition at the time of leaving the Plant Centre (ie at delivery by us to the Customer or collection by the Customer). All plants must be checked by the Customer on delivery/collection. Any unacceptable plants must be rejected at the time of delivery/collection, and the Plant Centre informed by telephone at that stage, or plants will be deemed accepted by the Customer. No responsibility is accepted by us for plants failure due to planting, soil, weather or any other factor beyond our control. The Customer must ensure that they have undertaken their own checks and taken appropriate advice prior to purchasing plants from us. No responsibility is accepted for neighbour/boundary disputes, complaints, fines, enforcement action for trees or shrubs purchased which may contravene planning, hedging or any other legislation.
Plants are living things and as such must be regularly cared for and maintained by the customer or preferably an experienced gardener. We have provided some maintenance and planting tips for all our Customers. If you have any problem with any plant purchased from us we are available to assist with any Customer query - please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A photo should be sent to us by email explaining any problems and we are more than happy to give further advice. (We cannot give advice over the phone or advice about any plants not purchased from us).
CANCELLATION OF ORDER PRIOR TO DELIVERY/COLLECTION
Where goods have been chosen in person at our Plant Centre if the Customer requests cancellation of the order prior to delivery/collection, and this is approved by the management, then an administration/handling fee of 25% of the total confirmed plant order will be charged. Orders for stock specifically ordered for Customers cannot be cancelled. This does not affect Customer’s statutory rights.
It is useful that our Customers visit our Plant Centre to view the wide range of plants we offer. It is the Customer’s own responsibility to ensure that any plants shown meet specific requirements. The website may contain occasional inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for such inaccuracies or errors. The website contains material which is owned by Paramount Plants and Gardens and includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, graphics and photos. Reproduction of this material is prohibited unless specifically approved by the management in writing.
