Acer Palmatum Sango Kaku

Acer Palmatum Sango Kaku is a hardy, deciduous, Japanese maple.
This very attractive and decorative tree is also known as Senkaki and more commonly as Coral Bark Maple.

Acer Palmatum Sango Kaku is an ornamental tree with deeply lobed orange-yellow leaves turning a soft yellow in autumn but it is for its attractive coral-red stems in winter that makes this plant so popular.
Its twigs and branches give a stunning display turning coral pink - a wonderful addition to a garden in a season when there's usually not much bright colour to be found. 

Max Height 6m. Max Spread 5m. Prefers to be planted in full sun.
