Laurus Nobilis is commonly known as Bay Leaf Tree or Sweet Bay. The leaves of this tree are renowned for their fragrance and used to enhance the flavour of many dishes.
This variety has been shaped into the traditional Full Standard Shape, which works well as a pair on either side of an entrance doorway.
Originating from the Mediterranean the Bay Laurel is a large evergreen tree that can grow to a height of 40 feet, easily kept to it's topiarised shape with a trim twice a year.
