Nationwide UK Deliveries

Delivery of our plants can be arranged by Paramount Plants (and our transport partners) to most UK postcodes.

Delivery Price Check
Delivery costs can easily be calculated online. Once you’ve finished shopping, go to your basket and click the 'Delivery Price Check' button.
You will immediately view the cost of delivery for those plants to your postcode.
The delivery cost will be added at the Checkout. You can review your entire order prior to purchase.
The Delivery Price Check cannot work unless you’ve added your plants to the basket.

Further Distance Postcode Deliveries (Including Scotland)
For many mainland UK postcodes, delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout, allowing you to pay and confirm your order instantly.  However, some Further Distance postcodes — including certain areas of Scotland, remote locations, and hard-to-access addresses — require a custom delivery quote due to the distance or specific delivery challenges.

Our system will automatically identify these postcodes when you use the Delivery Price Check tool. If your postcode falls into this category, you’ll be prompted to enter your name and email address, and our team will send you a bespoke delivery price.

We aim to email your custom quote the same day (Monday–Friday). For requests made over weekends or bank holidays, we’ll respond on the next working day.

What Does The Lorry Symbol Mean Next To Some Taller Plants?
Our system calculates the delivery cost dependent on the size of the tallest tree in your order. Over-sized plants are larger in size and are identified by a lorry icon, shown below the height of the specific plant. These over-sized (lorry symbol) plants require specialist delivery and there will always be a delivery charge applied to your order for oversized plants.

Does Free Delivery Ever Apply?
Free Delivery applies when you spend over £750 (after discounts) on standard sized plants (those without a lorry symbol).
Free delivery can only be made to postcodes that are not a ‘Further Distance’ postcode.
We offer free delivery on any plants or products to EN postcodes, free delivery is automatically applied when you add your EN postcode at the checkout.
To check if you get free delivery – add your plants to the basket and click the orange 'Delivery Price Check' button.

How Long Does Delivery Usually Take?
Your plants are carefully selected by our various growing depots ready for dispatch via our distribution site.  Once ordered please allow approx 14-21 days from ordering to delivery of your plants (except pre-order plants).  
“Further Distance” deliveries will have a custom quote sent by Paramount and these orders may take around 3-5 weeks to deliver.  
Our stock management team will be in contact with you by email as your order progresses.

What Happens If I Choose To Buy A Plant Showing A Pre-order Date?
Some of our plants are seasonal or we are awaiting stocks of particular sizes, these plants are then set to 'Pre-Order' on our website. This status is displayed in red on the plant page with a clear indication of the estimated date of delivery. We handle Pre-Order deliveries in two ways - either you can delay your entire order to be delivered when the pre-order plant has arrived. Or, we can deliver your order in the normal way, except for the pre-order plant which will be sent as a subsequent delivery when it has arrived. Please note this will incur a second delivery charge.

More Delivery Information
All deliveries are to kerbside or front of the delivery address. Our couriers may charge extra for delivery to properties with difficult road access so please ensure you advise us by email if there are any road access problems for large vehicles to your property.
Whilst we take care to ensure deliveries are sent on the date and time estimated we do not accept liability for any loss incurred by the customer for plants not being delivered on a specific date or time. There are rare occasions that this is out of our control and delivery may be delayed.
Plant deliveries are made to the front of a site or front of house or front of block of flats. We do not take plants through premises, upstairs, via lifts or through garages.
We are unable to deliver to sites with difficult or restricted access unless one of our sales staff have specifically been informed by the Customer and agreed to the delivery by email.

Click & Collect Orders
Collection is by arrangement - if you place an order for collection do not come to collect until we email to confirm.
Please allow 14 days for your order to be available for collection from our plant centre in Crews Hill, Enfield.
As soon as your order is ready for collection, we will email you with a collection date and time.
