DELIVERIES 
Deliveries of all our plants can usually be arranged to most UK mainland postcodes including large mature trees, hedging plants, and ornamental shrubs. 

All deliveries are made to the front of your property or kerbside for safe and efficient unloading.

To Get A Delivery Price:

3. Enter your postcode in Delivery Price Check box below the basket

If your postcode requires a customised delivery quote, our system will prompt you to enter your name and email address. Our team will then send you a tailored delivery price as quickly as possible.

AVAILABILITY/PRICES
Our website shows all prices, varieties of plants we sell and overall sizes excluding pot height. Prices shown are inclusive of VAT. Availability and prices may be subject to change even if you have received an estimate. If any plants are not shown on our website and you require a formal estimate please email with a list of plants you require and we will email with the availability and prices correct at the time of sending the email.

This means we are certified to issue UK Plant Passports where required by law, ensuring traceability and confirming that plants are healthy, pest-free, and compliant with UK plant health regulations. Whether you’re buying a single ornamental shrub for your garden or sourcing mature screening trees for a landscaping project, you can buy with confidence from a trusted, government-approved supplier with nationwide delivery.

PAYMENT TERMS
All plants are for sale online via this website and payment in full is required to reserve our plants. We do not accept deposits.
Deliveries will be organised by us either using our own lorry fleet or via our trusted couriers.
We accept major debit/credit cards (including American Express) and Pay Pal, Pay Pal Pay in 3 (interest-free installments) is offered at the checkout.
Cheques are not accepted. 

PLANT PURCHASES OUR GUARANTEE

We ask customers to check their order on delivery or collection and inform us immediately of any concerns so we can resolve them on the spot.  Once accepted, we cannot be held responsible for plant loss or failure due to planting methods, unsuitable soil, weather conditions, or any other factors beyond our control. Buyers should ensure they have taken appropriate advice before purchasing. We also cannot accept liability for any neighbour or boundary disputes, planning restrictions, or legal issues relating to the placement or growth of trees, hedges, or shrubs.

MAINTAINING/PLANTING PLANTS
Plants are living things and as such must be regularly cared for and maintained by the customer or preferably an experienced gardener. We have provided some maintenance and planting tips for all our Customers. If you have any problem with any plant purchased from us we are available to assist with any Customer query - please email us at [email protected]. A photo should be sent to us by email explaining any problems and we are more than happy to give further advice. (We cannot give advice over the phone only by email with a valid order number).
