Acer Palmatum Butterfly has lots of tiny red flowers in spring which make a great contrast to the grey green leaves which are margined with salmon pink and white.

Acer Palmatum Butterfly is a compact and upright variety of Japanese Maple and is an ideal specimen tree for any sized garden. Acer Palmatum Butterfly will grow better in a shady position as the leaves can scorch in the hot summer sun.

Characteristics of Acer Palmatum Butterfly are it is slow growing, fully hardy and flowers April to May.

Standing at over 7 feet tall, our Acer Palmatum Butterfly plants are premium, single stem, mature plants and will make an instant impact in your garden.
