Ceanothus Thyrsiflorus Skylark is a compact and spreading variety of Ceanothus. This is an evergreen shrub that looks good all year round, with its dark green foliage and compact growing habit.
Ceanothus Thyrsiflorus Skylark is quite fast growing and performs particularly well against a fence or wall. Ideal for fencing, we also stock Ceanothus grown against a frame for privacy screening- each plant should spread 2 metres by 2 metres when mature.
Although Ceanothus is native to California, the variety Ceanothus Thyrsiflorus Skylark is UK hardy and prefers a nice, sunny spot. It produces a stunning mass of dark blue flowers from late spring through early summer - great plant for evergreen hedges.
