Ligustrum Jonandrum is a very elegant type of privet from Italy where for centuries it has been used to produce wonderful topiary shapes. It has a small round leaf not dissimilar to English Boxwood but it grows faster. It is evergreen and has attractive dark green foliage.

These Ligustrum Jonandrum Pom Pom trees are happy in full sun but will grow just as well in semi shade.

To know about Ligustrum: Some Ligustrum varieties are classed as semi-evergreen, meaning they retain their foliage in favourable conditions but may shed leaves during periods of environmental stress. They perform best in sunny, sheltered positions and can experience leaf loss during freezing temperatures or prolonged harsh weather, but will quickly refoliate when conditions improve.
