Much appreciated friendly advice over the phone prior to ordering. 35 superb laurel plants arrived in good time, incredible value and exceeding expectations. Have used Paramount in the past, highly recommend and will come to Paramount first every time.

We have purchased a beautiful silver lime from Paramount to replace the glorious half a century old silver lime we lost in a storm last autumn. The new tree is a notable presence in our grounds already. Excellent service from Paramount.

We recently purchased some pleached trees and despite a couple of hitches with delivery, which were quickly rectified, we found there service to be very professional and efficient. We were a little nervous about the trees once planted, so i contacted Paramount for advice. They were prompt and extremely helpful and re assuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again with ano other concerns.

Great service apart from the delivery time - took longer than stated and meant that we had to rush to plant trees the day before going on holiday! Apart from that the customer service and advice was good, delivery person polite and helpful, trees arrived in a good condition. Would definately recommend, just be mindful of long delivery wait time.

The plant I received was very healthy, communication was efficient and it was carefully packaged. It was a little smaller than expected but overall very happy. Would use again.

I had beeen unable to track down a Manuka plant elsewhere and so tried Paramount Plants for the first time when I found they had some in stock. Ordering process was easy and the plant arrived within time scale given. The cardboard box that it arrived in was a bit battered and torn at corners but the plant itself was not damaged. It was very dry but after a good watering and time outside it recovered and am very pleased with it.

Healthy large shrub/tree. Arrived as promised with all its blooms. Very happy with this unusual shrub which I had seen planted in Paris and wnated for my garden to remind me of that trip.

A good company to deal with. The trees arrived well packed and in excellent condition. They have thrived now planted. Delivery was on time with a helpful driver. Notifications were excellent and follow up good.

Great plant. I chose on line as a present so had no idea what it looked like. But my sister in law sent me a photo when it was planted and it looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend. The delivery and communication was spot on. Thank you paramount plants!

Good communication throughout and trees delivered by a very helpful Paramount plants driver . All looked healthy ( tho dormant at the time ) and appear in good health 4 weeks later .

Communication from paramount plants was very good. The plants arrived well packaged and undamaged. I have planted all 5 plants and so far they have taken well. not a cheap option, but for instant effect well worth it and paramount plants are the only supplier I could find for larger specimens. So thank you!

We wanted to put up a privacy screen between ourselves and our neighbours (lovely as they are!), so purchased 15 Red Robin pleached trees. They were all in very good condition when they arrived and are thriving. Paramount followed up to check everything was OK and also sent advice on feeding which we are following. We would use them again, and are very pleased with the way the plants are settling in.

Really pleased with my Yew hedging bare rootball plants. They are big bushy plants and look really healthy. Delivered well packaged and wrapped on a pallet. Very pleased.
