I’ve bought two plants. Both were delivered as planned. The Acer was in good condition but the other plant was slightly damaged not healthy.

Although it took a while to receive it was worth the wait. My climbing hydrangea is very healthy and substantial. It's already growing despite planting in late September and I am very pleased with my decision to purchase.

I was absolutely delighted with my order of a large philadelpus bush. This was deliverd promptlu and the delivery driver was very very helpful. I would reommend your services to anyone.

I was quite nervous about spending over £3500 on plants on line. I have to say the service was great and the trees were just as I expected. Very healthy and are thriving in the garden. I would highly recommend. I did have to wait slightly longer than expected but appreciated it was a big order and they had to source the some of the trees.

Strong healthy plants delivered well packaged. I was going to buy two cherry trees as well but was qoted c£200 for delivery! I bought two excellent 2m tall potted trees of my choice from the garden centre for £60 each. I was impressed with your web site and detailed information but delivery costs to Cumbria are clearly an issue. I would like to buy more plants from Paramount.

We bought 12 full standard red robins 3-3.25m tall. At first I was dubious about my purchase because the price was so competitive but I couldn’t be happier! The customer service I received was brilliant, nothing seemed too much trouble. They even suggested what I would need to help me plant these trees with success. They also sent me a step by step guide on how to plant them. At the stage of purchase, they do not give you a delivery date but you’re able to tell them your preferred date. Our trees were delivered on the date we requested. The delivery itself was great, they had a live time so you could see exactly where they were. Everything was on the delivery and the trees were beautiful. They were all healthy and no damage. All pot grown too! They’ve been planted for 3 weeks now and they are all still healthy and thriving. Following the delivery, Paramount plants aftercare was outstanding. They followed up with courtesy emails to ask how the trees were doing and with watering guides to get the best success. Very impressed with the customer service and the products, we will be using them again when we come to do our next boundary. Thank you!

Bought 3 camellias. Great plants, healthy and not pot bound (unlike plants I bought from B and Q website). Very well packed and delivery very good. I will buy more from Paramount.

Fantastic service. Bought another pleached Red Robin from Paramount Plants to replace one of 5 bought 7 years ago that suddenly died. Price was still great value 7 years later and free local delivery. The man that delivered our tree was so very lovely and had a look at our older trees too to check everything ok. He was such a lovely guy but unfortunately cannot remember his name but did Paramount Plants proud. A happy returning customer.

This is the second plant of this type I have bought from Paramount plants. Both have been exceptional. The size of the latest one was far greater than expected. It really is a stunning plant that lights up the garden.
