Ligustrum Japonicum (as the common name Japanese Privet would suggest) is native to Japan. With a waxy leaf, these popular evergreens are slow growing and easy to maintain. Ligustrum produces small white flowers in summer, followed by a black fruit in autumn. The fruit was traditionally used in oriental herbal medicine.

Ligustrum Ovalifolium Jonandrum half standard lollipop – green foliage
We have Ligustrum Ovalifolium Jonandrum (more commonly known as Italian privet or oval leaved privet) in stock as a topiary lollipop tree in half standard size. These premium topiary lollipop ligustrums are at least 1.6 metres tall (circa 1 metre trunk height) with a trunk girth of 12 – 14 cm. Ligustrum Jonandrum is an evergreen dense growing small leaved privet & and a very popular choice for topiary.
