Acid-loving Azaleas come in both deciduous and evergreen varieties. The Glenn Dale evergreen hybrids were developed in America and the stunning Azalea Treasure is one of these.  

Azalea Treasure is a compact growing azalea with an attractive spreading habit and as with most Glenn Dale evergreen hybrids, it is extremely hardy.

Azalea Treasure a rare variety in the UK but it is a real gem in the garden. With Its gorgeous white flowers with lovely pink spots on the upper section, it looks beautiful set against the oval foliage in late spring. Azalea Treasure is a vigorous shrub, growing much larger than Azalea Japonica varieties for example. Given proper care and an optimal location, they can grow up to 1.8 metres in height and spread.

Being an evergreen, Azalea is one of the plants which will give you pleasant appearance in mixed borders throughout the year.

Azalea Treasure prefers acidic, moist, free-draining soil in partial shade or shade.
