Deschampsia Cespitosa Goldtau or Tufted Hair Grass
A compact, easy to grow, hardy evergreen grass that looks great in mixed borders or rockery. Deschampsia Cespitosa Goldtau also called Tufted Hair Grass, has slender mid green leaves that turn golden yellow as the season progresses, flowers are silver-white that bloom in june to august. A beautiful grass that will add lots of unusual colour and texture to the garden. Prefers full sun but will grow in partial shade, will grow well in any well drained fertile soil.
