Parthenocissus Quinquefolia
More commonly known as Virginia Creeper this is a beautiful deciduous climber with five point lobed shaped leaves. Vibrant new green leaves in Spring give way to sumptuous mid green during the Summer, turning gradually to a stunning crimson red in Autumn.  Fast growing, this climber can reach up 12m in height and 4-6m wide and is great for covering unsightly structures in the garden. It loves full sun and partial shade, but to achieve really vibrant autumnal colours it is best to plant in partial shade.
Producing blue/black/purple berries in the winter, these are loved by birds and will help to attract more birds into your garden. This useful climber grows well in any well drained fertile soil.
Can be pruned a couple of times a year if you need to keep it's growth in check.
