Acer Palmatum 'Ornatum' is a deciduous Japanese maple.
This fully hardy shrub is prized for its burgundy red leaves which turn to a blazing crimson in the autumn, a striking addition to your garden design. These are low growing Acers but we also may have Acer Palmatum Dissectum Ornatum in a large specimen size. Email us for details.
Other dissectum varieties include Acer Palmatum Dissectum Garnet and Acer Palmatum Dissectum.

This Japanese Acer is a relatively compact variety with a delicate weeping shape - it prefers partial shade and can be grown in a container but must not be allowed to dry out. See more of Paramount Plants range large selection of Japanese Acers.

Award of Garden Merit by the Royal Horticultural Society, a sure sign that it will perform well in most gardens.
