Pinus Nigra Nana Dwarf Pine

Pinus Nigra Nana is a dwarf form of the famous Pinus Nigra (Black Pine or Austrian Pine tree) that is native to the Mediterranean.

Pinus Nigra Nana is a nice, compact grower with a dense ovoid crown. It is a handsome medium sized dwarf pine tree with slightly fragrant needle-like leaves in a green colour.

Pinus Nigra Nana, being a dwarf conifer, is a slow grower with an attractive spherical habit and will eventually reach a max height of 2 metres and will grow to about 4 metres wide.

This evergreen dwarf conifer is perfect for medium-sized gardens. It’s hardy, easy to grow and like all Pinus species, is happy in almost any well drained soil, provided not too poor. Pinus Nigra Nana prefers an open sunny position.
