For those who want a larger specimen olive tree, these beauties are capable of making a big impression in any outside space, their gnarled trunks lending an 'instant' maturity to any garden. Wherever you decide to plant them, these ancient old olive trees will look as though they have been growing there for years. On the question of where to plant them, they just love to have a sunny position whether in the ground, patio or roof terrace. They are hardy and cope very well in windy but warmish conditions.
Make sure to water them in very well until established if planting in the ground. And remember, plants in containers also need to be watered regularly.
