Elwood's Gold, False Cypress trees have a lovely golden glow to the green foliage, giving them a light and warm glow. As evergreen trees, their foliage will maintain this appearance throughout the year.
Although appearing to be a complicated topiary shape, these have been expertly trained and are very simple to keep in shape. With a light trim at the beginning and the end of the season will keep their beautiful pom pom shape.
If you do continue to container grow these in pots or planters, do make sure you water them to keep the soil moist (but not sodden)
