Cupresssus Macrocarpa Goldcrest conifers are one of the most popular hedging conifers, this variety has a few well known common names including: Monterey Cypress Trees, Lemon Cypress and Goldcrest.
A fabulously vigorous conifer with incredible lime green foliage that forms erect columns, this is a great hedging plant for instant privacy, our plants have bween carefully shaped to provide you with gorgeous looking columns that are perfect to provide vertical elements in your garden design. Monterey Cypress also plant well as hedges and when trimmed to shape have the evocative smell of lemons so reminiscent of the Mediterranean.
Goldcrest will thrive in most types of well drained soil and will grow well in full or partly shaded areas, these trees are fairly low maintenance just needing a trim now and then to keep in shape, if you are using as hedging plants then regular trimming is required as these are fairly fast growing - providing good privacy evergreen screening.
