Azalea Dorothy Hayden
This is an evergreen shrub with rounded natural shape and striking funnel like white flowers with yellow spots. Dark green elliptic evergreen leaves are making this variety an interesting feature through out the year. In late spring, when plant is in flower, it displays a wonderful contrast of green foliage and gentle white flowers, making is one of the best views in the garden.
Dorothy Hayden prefers partial shade or full sun and acidic, moist, well-draining soil. Trim it once a year after flowering.
These plants have a nice bushy and compact shape. Our Azalea Dorothy Hayden are container grown and regularly clipped to maintain shape and form and encourage the production of flower buds.
